How inotoken works

inotoken brings together people who want to sell or take over companies, stakes or digital projects. Discreet, clear and without a success fee.

For sellers, founders and those raising capital

  1. Create a listing. In four steps you describe your offer: type, key figures, description and contact. Your name and address do not appear.
  2. Review. We check every listing for completeness and plausibility before it goes live and get in touch if we have questions.
  3. Receive enquiries. Interested parties write through the listing and we forward the enquiries to you. You decide whom you reveal yourself to.
  4. Hold talks. With serious parties you sign a non-disclosure agreement and go into detail, ideally with your advisers.

List your offer

For buyers and investors

  1. Find offers. Filter by type, industry, region and price. Save interesting listings without signing up.
  2. Put numbers in context. Use our calculators to check price, financing, equity stakes and the value of digital projects.
  3. Send an enquiry. Introduce yourself briefly and state your interest and your financing. That gets you a faster answer.
  4. Post a search. Looking for something specific? Your own buyer or investor search makes you visible to quiet sellers.

What inotoken is not

inotoken is a marketplace with tools and knowledge. We do not broker deals, charge no success fee and give no legal or tax advice. Assessing an offer remains the job of buyer and seller.
