1. Provider and scope

inotoken is run by NexTao GmbH, Königsallee 27, 40212 Düsseldorf, Germany. These terms apply to creating listings and sending enquiries through inotoken.

2. What inotoken provides

inotoken provides a marketplace where companies, stakes, startups, domains and digital projects can be offered and sought, plus calculators and knowledge. inotoken does not become a party to deals between users, does not broker contracts and charges no success fee. Calculators and texts are for guidance and do not replace legal, tax or financial advice.

3. Listings

• Owners, shareholders, founders, brokers and advisers acting for them, and buyers and investors with their own searches may post listings.
• Details must be correct to the best of your knowledge. Listings must not infringe third-party rights, contain personal data of third parties or advertise other platforms.
• inotoken reviews listings before publication and may reject, shorten or remove listings without giving reasons, in particular where details appear incorrect or unlawful.
• A listing is visible for six months and can be extended. Advertisers can have it deleted at any time by email.

4. Costs

The basic listing is free. Premium placements and provider profiles are agreed separately. Without such an agreement no costs arise.

5. Enquiries

Enquiries are forwarded to the advertiser. Anyone who receives information about an offer treats it in confidence and uses it only to assess the offer. Poaching an advertiser’s staff or customers on the basis of such information is prohibited.

6. Liability

Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. inotoken is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body and health; otherwise only for breach of essential obligations and limited to foreseeable damage. Constant availability of the platform is not promised.

7. Final provisions

German law applies. If a user is a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf. Should a provision be invalid, the rest remains valid.
